An efficient way to determine seed germination. The Q2 system is the fastest and more precise technology to explore seed quality. This system measures oxygen consumption of individual seeds and correlates respiration rate to the germination and vigor characteristics of the seed. The Q2 instrument provides a new and convenient method to assay the respiratory activity of individual seeds during imbibition and germination.
