Introduction of personnel

This past week we were finally able to welcome our French European Sales Manager, Pascal Parize to the CENTOR EUROPE offices in The Netherlands.  Although Pascal, who is located in France, started with CENTOR EUROPE in January 2021, he has not had the opportunity to meet with our research and production departments in person. Although many introduction and training sessions were done online through regular TEAMS sessions, finally, these meetings we this past week followed with the opportunity to personally meet with colleagues and gain firsthand experience with some of our seed treatment technologies, coatings and company processes. During a full-day visit to our production facility in Ede, where we are able to manufacture up to 23T seed coating/batch,  Steven de Jong was able to introduce him to our production department, show him the processes and logistics behind it. With the local seed coating production, CENTOR EUROPE is able to supply and deliver seed coating and binders faster and seamlessly throughout Europe. Leon (R&D director) and Gert (Researcher) informed Pascal about the status of some of our R&D pipeline projects followed by a visit to two state-of-the-art chemistry labs where formulation development and QC takes place. The meeting in Ede was followed by two full days with our Sales and product development team in our offices in Andijk, where Pascal had the opportunity to experience our products and technologies firsthand, with some practical trials.
